Director’s Profile
Mrs. Vaishali D. Waringe
First Director: Mrs. Vaishali D. Waringe serves as the First Director of the esteemed organization. She completed her bachelor’s degree from the University of Pune in 2006 and obtained her master’s degree in 2008. With over 16 years of rich industry experience (2010–2026) in the packaging sector, she has developed strong expertise in production management, quality assurance, and product development within the paper-based packaging industry.
She began her professional journey in 2010 with Ecopack India Paper Cup Pvt. Ltd., where she held the position of Production & Quality Manager. During her tenure, she played a key role in managing production operations, maintaining stringent quality standards, and developing innovative paper packaging products. In addition to her technical responsibilities, she also managed Customer Relationship Management (CRM) by coordinating with distributors, industrial clients, and end customers to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery. She also contributed significantly to administrative and operational management across both the office and factory.
Subsequently, she continued her professional journey with Sphere International, now known as Cups and Moulds LLP, where she carried forward similar responsibilities with dedication and professionalism. Her leadership, industry knowledge, and commitment to excellence continue to play a vital role in strengthening the company’s vision of delivering innovative and sustainable packaging solutions.
Mr. Sagar Tukaram Shinde
Second Director: Mr. Sagar Tukaram Shinde serves as the Second Director of the organization. He holds an undergraduate degree in the Science stream and brings valuable managerial and operational experience to the company. Prior to entering the packaging industry, he was actively involved in his family-owned businesses, which include hotels and hospitality services, as well as construction and land development projects under private contracts.
Through these ventures, he developed hands-on experience in business operations, customer relationship management, and administrative coordination. He played a key role in managing hotel and hospitality operations alongside his father, while also contributing to construction and land development activities. In these roles, he handled day-to-day operations, customer interactions, project coordination, and financial record management. His involvement in accounting and back-office administration further strengthened his business management capabilities.
In 2021, he began his journey in the packaging industry with Cups and Moulds LLP, where he worked as a supervisor-cumOffice Assistant (Back Office). In this position, he was responsible for order processing, documentation, and supporting production operations, gaining valuable industry exposure. His strong organizational skills, business acumen, and commitment to operational efficiency contribute significantly to strengthening the company’s management. He plays an important role in supporting the organization’s mission to deliver high-quality and sustainable packaging solutions for the food, bakery, and confectionery industry.
