02 Products & Manufacturing Standards

We take immense pride in manufacturing eco-friendly, food-grade packaging materials. However, please note:

• All product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual product colors or dimensions may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances and screen displays.
• Customized packaging solutions require prior approval of design proofs. Once printed, customized orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
• Our workforce maintains strict hygiene and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process to ensure food safety.

03 Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) and shipping charges unless stated otherwise. Total costs will be calculated at checkout.

• We accept secure online payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, and Net Banking.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pin codes and may be subject to a maximum order value limit.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Existing, confirmed orders will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

04 Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all standard orders within 2-4 business days. Customized orders will have specific timelines communicated during the proofing stage. While we partner with reliable courier services, Ecophera Packaging is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors such as weather, strikes, or transit issues beyond our control.

05 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of our products (food-grade packaging), we maintain a strict return policy to ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers.

• Returns are only accepted if the product delivered is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.
• Any claims for damaged or missing items must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of delivery with accompanying photographs.
• Standard orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Customized orders cannot be canceled once production has commenced.

06 Limitation of Liability

Ecophera Packaging Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement of defective goods or a refund of the purchase price paid.
